Zucchini with Vermicelli

  1. Slice zucchini into slices and cut each slice in half.
  2. Soak vermicelli in water so it softens.
  3. Cut vermicelli in half so it is not so long.
  4. Add canola oil to wok and turn on heat.
  5. Cook dried scallop and separate it into small pieces.
  6. Add zucchini and cook until translucent.
  7. Season with salt.
  8. Add vermicelli.
  9. Mix well.
