Zucchini with Vermicelli
Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Vermicelli
- Dried scallop
- Salt
Preparation and Cooking
- Slice zucchini into slices and cut each slice in half.
- Soak vermicelli in water so it softens.
- Cut vermicelli in half so it is not so long.
- Add canola oil to wok and turn on heat.
- Cook dried scallop and separate it into small pieces.
- Add zucchini and cook until translucent.
- Season with salt.
- Add vermicelli.
- Mix well.
