Preparation Steps

  1. Cut the shrimp into small chunks
  2. Add canola oil to wok and cook shrimp and take out into a bowl.
  3. Cook ground pork. Season with garlic, white pepper, salt, sesame oil.
  4. Add shredded napa cabbage.
  5. Add water and close lid.
  6. Take out into separate bowl once done.
  7. Combine the shrimp into this bowl as well.
  8. Crack raw egg into bowl and mix well. This will be used as the filling.

Wrapping

Cooking

  1. Put wonton in boiling water.
  2. When it floats consistently, it is done.

Soup Base

  1. Add a couple swirls of soy sauce, a dash of sesame oil, and a dash of white pepper.
  2. Add some of the water from the cooking step and mix well.
