Wonton
Ingredients
- Napa cabbage
- Ground pork
- Canolia Oil
- Shrimp
- Garlic
- White Pepper
- Salt
- Sesame Oil
- Wonton Wrapper
- Soy Sauce
Preparation Steps
- Cut the shrimp into small chunks
- Add canola oil to wok and cook shrimp and take out into a bowl.
- Cook ground pork. Season with garlic, white pepper, salt, sesame oil.
- Add shredded napa cabbage.
- Add water and close lid.
- Take out into separate bowl once done.
- Combine the shrimp into this bowl as well.
- Crack raw egg into bowl and mix well. This will be used as the filling.
Wrapping
Cooking
- Put wonton in boiling water.
- When it floats consistently, it is done.
Soup Base
- Add a couple swirls of soy sauce, a dash of sesame oil, and a dash of white pepper.
- Add some of the water from the cooking step and mix well.
