- Vegetables
- Salt
- Oyster Sauce (boiling)
- Garlic (stir fry)
- Canola Oil (stir fry)
Boiling Steps
- Wash the vegetables
- Add water, a pinch of salt, and a swirl of canola oil to pot and bring to boil
- Place vegetables in pot
- Take vegetables out when translucent
- Add a swirl of oyster sauce
Stir Fry Steps
- Wash the vegetables
- Dice garlic and place into wok with canola oil
- Turn on flame to medium and brown the garlic
- Add the vegetables (be careful of splashing oil)
- Season generously with salt
- Mix well until vegetables are translucent
