Tomato Egg Beef

Steps

  1. Add the sliced beef to a bowl and do a few swirls of soy sauce and cooking wine
  2. Add a couple small scoops of corn starch to the bowl and mix well
  3. Heat up some canola oil in the wok
  4. Cook the eggs and immediately remove and place in a bowl
  5. Add some more canola oil to the wok
  6. Cook the beef until 90% done and immediately remove and place in a bowl
  7. Add the garlic and tomatoes to the wok
  8. Add some cold water and cover the wok with a lid and let it cook until the tomatoes become soft
  9. Re-add the eggs and beef and mix well
  10. Season with additional salt to taste, if needed
