Steamed White Fish

Steps

  1. Place the white fish on a plate
  2. Sprinkle the fish with salt, scallion, ginger, and canola oil
  3. Add a little of water to the plate to ease cooking
  4. Steam the fish for a few minutes (fish is done when it easily flakes)
  5. Remove excess water
  6. Add soy sauce and a sprinkle of sugar on top of the fish
