  1. Crack 6 eggs into a large bowl and add salt for taste
  2. Add ground pork and season with soy sauce and cooking wine and white pepper
  3. Mix well and add a little water if too thick
  4. Add water and a steaming platform to the wok
  5. Once the water is boiling, turn the heat down to medium flame and place the steaming bowl onto the steaming platform
  6. Close the lid and let it steam for 30 minutes, though time may vary
  7. You can occasionally check the doneness but just be aware you may lose some steam by checking
