Steamed Pork with Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- Salt
- Water
- Soy sauce
- Cooking wine
- White pepper
- Ground Pork
- Steaming platform
Steps
- Crack 6 eggs into a large bowl and add salt for taste
- Add ground pork and season with soy sauce and cooking wine and white pepper
- Mix well and add a little water if too thick
- Add water and a steaming platform to the wok
- Once the water is boiling, turn the heat down to medium flame and place the steaming bowl onto the steaming platform
- Close the lid and let it steam for 30 minutes, though time may vary
- You can occasionally check the doneness but just be aware you may lose some steam by checking
