Spaghetti Carbonara (eggless)
Ingredients
- 1 LB spaghetti
- Bacon
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese (Pecorino or Parmesan)
- Black Pepper
- Salt
Steps
- Cook pasta in a pot
- Cook bacon in a pan until crisp
- Move bacon to a separate bowl and remove excess oil from pan
- Add heavy cream, cheese, and a dash of salt.
- Stir until all the cheese is combined into a creamy sauce
- Add pasta and bacon and mix well
- Add a generous amount of black pepper on top before serving
