Shanghai Wheat Gluten
Ingredients
- Wheat Gluten
- Golden Needle flower
- Cloud ear fungus
- Bamboo shoots
- Chinese mushroom
- Soy Sauce
- Canola Oil
Preparation
- Rip wheat gluten into bite size pieces and soak in soy sauce
- Remove hard part of golden needle flower
- Remove hard part of cloud ear fungus
- Slice bamboo shoots
- Remove hard stem of chinese mushroom and slice in half
Cooking
Heat up wok with canola oil
Add wheat gluten and stir fry until golden brown (may require more oil)
Add remaining ingredients
Stir fry until everything is cooked
Taste and season as needed
