Salmon Teriyaki

Preparation and Cooking

  1. Slice salmon in chunks.
  2. Finely mince garlic and ginger.
  3. Add soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger, sugar and honey into a bowl and mix well.
  4. Add the salmon to the marinade and let it sit for several minutes.
  5. Add salmon and marinade to a pan and cook until salmon is done.
