Salmon Teriyaki
Ingredients
- Salmon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 garlic cloves
- Ginger (same amount as garlic cloves)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
Preparation and Cooking
- Slice salmon in chunks.
- Finely mince garlic and ginger.
- Add soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger, sugar and honey into a bowl and mix well.
- Add the salmon to the marinade and let it sit for several minutes.
- Add salmon and marinade to a pan and cook until salmon is done.
