Pork Chops with Onion

  1. Peel, rinse, and slice the onions
  2. Season the pork chops generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder on both sides. Season with a small amount of soy sauce
  3. Add some oil to the wok and turn on the flame to medium-high
  4. Once the wok is hot, place the pork chops in the wok
  5. Flip the pork chops when one side is done
  6. When both sides are done, optionally take the pork chops out
  7. Put the onions in and season with some salt
  8. Close the lid and steam for several minutes until the onions are translucent
  9. Put the pork chops back in and mix well
  10. Taste and season as needed
