Pork Chops with Onion
Ingredients
- Pork Chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Soy Sauce
- Onions
- Canola Oil
Steps
- Peel, rinse, and slice the onions
- Season the pork chops generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder on both sides. Season with a small amount of soy sauce
- Add some oil to the wok and turn on the flame to medium-high
- Once the wok is hot, place the pork chops in the wok
- Flip the pork chops when one side is done
- When both sides are done, optionally take the pork chops out
- Put the onions in and season with some salt
- Close the lid and steam for several minutes until the onions are translucent
- Put the pork chops back in and mix well
- Taste and season as needed
