Kielbasa with Onion

Steps

  1. Thinly slice kielbasa
  2. Slice onion
  3. Add a little oil to wok and turn flame to high
  4. Stir fry kielbasa until it starts to brown
  5. Add onion and mix well
  6. Add some water to wok and close the lid to deglaze the wok and cook the onions
  7. After a minute or so, check the onions (they should be translucent). Repeat previous step, if necessary
