Kielbasa with Onion
Ingredients
- 1 Kielbasa
- 1 Onion
- Canola Oil
Steps
- Thinly slice kielbasa
- Slice onion
- Add a little oil to wok and turn flame to high
- Stir fry kielbasa until it starts to brown
- Add onion and mix well
- Add some water to wok and close the lid to deglaze the wok and cook the onions
- After a minute or so, check the onions (they should be translucent). Repeat previous step, if necessary
