Ground Pork with String Beans

Steps

  1. Marinate ground pork with soy sauce, swirl of cooking wine, and teaspoon of corn starch (pork should be drenched)
  2. Add canola oil to wok and turn on flame to medium high
  3. Add diced garlic cloves and cook until golden brown
  4. Add ground pork and cook until done
  5. Take out ground pork into separate bowl to sit
  6. Add string beans and some water and cook until soft (add optional mushrooms here)
  7. Add a swirl of oyster sauce and mix well
  8. Re-add cooked ground pork and mix well
  9. Taste and season as needed
