Ground Pork with String Beans
Ingredients
- Ground Pork
- String Beans
- 6 Garlic cloves
- Mushrooms (optional)
- Oyster Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Chinese Cooking Wine
- Corn Starch
- Canola Oil
Steps
- Marinate ground pork with soy sauce, swirl of cooking wine, and teaspoon of corn starch (pork should be drenched)
- Add canola oil to wok and turn on flame to medium high
- Add diced garlic cloves and cook until golden brown
- Add ground pork and cook until done
- Take out ground pork into separate bowl to sit
- Add string beans and some water and cook until soft (add optional mushrooms here)
- Add a swirl of oyster sauce and mix well
- Re-add cooked ground pork and mix well
- Taste and season as needed
