Chinese Cabbage with Vermicelli

Steps

  1. Soak the vermicelli in water to soften it
  2. Slice the chinese cabbage into strips
  3. Add a little oil to the wok and turn on the flame
  4. Once the wok is hot, stir fry the garlic and optional mushroms and/or chinese sausage
  5. Add the chinese cabbage and continue to stir fry and mix well
  6. Season with salt and optionally fermented bean curd
  7. Drain water from vermicelli and add to wok
  8. Mix well and enjoy
