Chinese Cabbage with Vermicelli
Ingredients
- Chinese (Napa) Cabbage
- Vermicelli
- Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Mushrooms (optional)
- Chinese Sausage (optional)
- Fermented Bean Curd (optional)
- Canola Oil
Steps
- Soak the vermicelli in water to soften it
- Slice the chinese cabbage into strips
- Add a little oil to the wok and turn on the flame
- Once the wok is hot, stir fry the garlic and optional mushroms and/or chinese sausage
- Add the chinese cabbage and continue to stir fry and mix well
- Season with salt and optionally fermented bean curd
- Drain water from vermicelli and add to wok
- Mix well and enjoy
