Chicken with Ginger Scallion Oil
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Salt
- Ginger
- Scallion
- Canola Oil
Steps
- Finely chop ginger and scallion and add to pan
- Season generously with salt
- Add canola oil to mixture
- Heat up ginger scallion oil until oil is sufficiently cooked
- Taste and season as needed
- In a separate pot, poach chicken in boiling water (try not to overcook so chicken is very tender)
- Slice chicken and serve ginger scallion oil in a separate bowl
