Cantonese Soy Sauce Pan-Fried Noodles

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cut scallion into smaller chunks, then cut each of the chunks into long strips (i.e. length wise, i.e. hotdog style)

Steps

  1. Add canola oil to wok, wait for oil to heat up, and stir fry the noodles until they start to brown
  2. Add bean sprouts and any other vegetables
  3. Add a few swirls of soy sauce, a dash of dark soy sauce, and a sprinkle of sugar
  4. Mix well and taste and season as needed
